For research institutions, the exhibition provided an excellent opportunity to experience the latest innovations and developments in grinding technology first-hand and to gather valuable insights for their own research. Staff from the Grinding Technology Department also made extensive use of the opportunity for direct exchange with project partners from industry and with other research institutions. In numerous discussions, current research approaches were discussed and ideas for future projects were generated.
