According to the present invention, disclosed is a hybrid cutting apparatus capable of performing horning and grooving in parallel. The hydrogen cutting apparatus comprises: a horning tool including a whetstone to horn an inner circumferential surface of a cylindrical material to be cut; a grooving tool connected to an axial rear side of the horning tool via a housing, including a grooving cutting blade to form a groove on an inner circumferential surface of the horned material to be cut; a whetstone control member to control a degree of protrusion of the whetstone; a grooving tool protrusion control member to control the degree of protrusion of an entire grooving tool while being combined with an axial rear side of the grooving tool; and a grooving cutting blade protrusion control member to control a degree of fine protrusion of the grooving cutting blade while being installed in the grooving tool itself. The housing has a horning tool fastening unit to fasten the horning tool on one side; and on the side, has a pair of holder unit including a flange unit which has a flat inner surface fastening a tip of the grooving tool protrusion control member on an end part such that the grooving tool having a relative flat surface corresponding to the flat surface of the holder unit inserted between the pair of holder units.
